Assistise Service Packages*

PURGE/PACK & MOVING: 10hrs Total

TIDY: 20hrs Total

TRAVELER: 30hrs Total

TITANIUM: 40hrs Total

DIAMOND: 60hrs Total

*ALL Service Packages are PREPAID and must be used within 45 days of purchase.

*ALL Service Packages are NON-TRANSFERABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No Returns, Exchanges or Credits.

Assistise Non Package Rates:
We require a two (2) hour minimum during regular business hours (Monday – Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.). After the first hour, We will bill time in 15-minute increments, and billing begins when the Assistise arrives at your home, office or at the location of the first errand on your list.

Premium Rates apply before 8 a.m. & after 6 p.m. Monday - Saturday.

Sunday Premium Rates with two (2) hour minimum. (10 a.m - 4 p.m)

Holidays Premium Rates with two (2) hour minimum. (10 a.m - 4 p.m)

Our rates include the first ten (10) miles per day per client. After the first 10 miles, there is a charge of $0.55 per mile which, if applicable, will be billed on your weekly invoice.

If your errands require us to make payments to vendors (for example,, buying groceries, picking up dry cleaning, going to the post office, etc.), you have the option of providing cash in advance or having us advance the costs and bill them back to you, subject to payment of a 5% convenience fee on your weekly invoice and a cap of $150 per day.

Cancellation Policy:

We ask for a 24 hours notice on all cancellations. If an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of the Service Hours. No Call No Show will be charged for Full Service Hours. Thanks in advance for your understanding.

Weather Policy:

Assistise reserves the right to CANCEL appointments when bad weather is a factor. The following circumstances could be reasons why an appointment would be canceled:

• Snow Accumulations • Icy Roadways • Black Ice • Blizzard Conditions • Sleet/Hail • Severe Thunderstorms •
